1. What we collect
When you purchase a property report, we collect your email address and the coordinates you selected. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email and message. We also collect anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Analytics.
2. How we use your data
Email addresses are used solely to deliver your purchased report and to respond to enquiries. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Analytics data is used to improve the platform.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We do not store your card details. Mollie's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
4. Data storage
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the EU) and Vercel. We retain report records for 12 months after purchase to enable re-downloads.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@checkalgarve.com to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
The Platform uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free.
